Unlike most traditional practices, we primarily operate a home visiting service and ensure that our clients fully understand the whole process at all times, including a visit to present and explain the finished documents.
All of our Lawyers are trained and qualified through the Society of Willwriters. Our face to face meetings are always conducted in a friendly and professional manner with no pressure so you are free to decide what you would like to do concerning your will.

Within the terms of the Community Care Act 1990, which came into force in April 1993, Local Authorities will not contribute towards the cost of residential care, where the value of the person's capital/assets, including their home, exceeds £21,500.
Residential care costs vary - in some areas, these can be in excess of £25,000 per year!
